Timeless Gifts Processing and Shipping times: 

Due to the viral nature of these products, processing and shipping times may vary. However, we guarantee you will receive your orders! 

Domestic Orders(USA): 

Processing times: 1-3 Business days 

Shipping Times:

- Standard: 3-15 Days

- Expedited: 2-3 Days

- Overnight (1 Day) - Overnight Shipping is not guaranteed on the Weekends.

International Orders: 

Processing times: 1-3 Business days 

Shipping times: 12-20 Business days

ORDER CANCELLATION:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

MISSING ITEMS:

If an item was missing in the box, we will send you a new item as soon as possible.

Please verify if you have more than one tracking number. Different products may come from different warehouses. Individual items often come in separate packages.

  1. You must notify Timeless Gold Rose about any missing items within seven (7) business days of delivery.
  2. Contact us with the invoice number, contact information, and a list of missing items.
  3. Please send us the picture of the package where there is a description of what was in the box.
  4. Once we have received the claim from you, along with the package image, our customer representative will inspect your order and contact you and a new product will be sent to you.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED:

Please note that countries customs can delay packages by many weeks, and we do not have any control over your local customs laws or delays.

Note: We do not pay customs fee at this time; any fees are the responsibility of the customer.

While contacting customer service via email, specify your invoice number, contact information, and a list of the non received items. Our customer service team will look into your situation.

REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS:

Any refused or unclaimed packages will be charged all actual shipping costs. Shipping carriers charge for both to and return shipments.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE:

If any wrong address is provided contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can NOT guarantee that this modification can be made, but we will do our best to locate your order and make the address change.

If your package is already shipped or processed by warehouse (we have a really fast order processing) any address changes can be made by you directly with the shipping carrier. Our customer service team will be there to provide you the carriers contact information you need.

In the event of a sale, merger or acquisition of Timeless Gold Rose company, Timeless Gold Rose will transfer customer details to the new owners. The transfer of the information will be dealt with appropriately and in the most secure form possible.
